(1) Anyone can create a new question. Anyone can vote and provide opinions. VietVang suggests that you register to create your own profile and avatar. Being a member allows you to keep track of your questions, opinions, and participate in other services.
(2) Please be courteous to other members when expressing your opinions. Focus your opinions on the current issues and express your opinions based on the option you select. When there are only two options presented in a debate format, your opinion will be based on whether you are for or against one party of the debate. VietVang will remove opinions that are offensive, degrading, and those that use foul language. Please notify VietVang if you come across opinions that are deemed to violate our policy.
